■ Allocating 1 (one) hour FREE consultation to the client operating from the greater *Cape Town area to provide the client with the opportunity to explain their requirements. To clients operating outside of Cape Town, the client may communicate with us via email or Skype. We have the capacity to provide our services to the whole of Africa and internationally.

■ After understanding the client requirements, we provide each and every client with detailed proposal of the services to be provided which client may accept or reject before any work is commenced.

■ If the consulting agreement is acceptable, we prepare a written consultancy agreement with all our clients’ specifically defined services requirements which we shall provide, the method and time-frame for delivery of the agreed upon services and the pre-agreed fee amount and payment terms. This ensures we address the clients’ expectations and needs and more importantly ensures that we deliver what was requested;

■ The above-reflected step is done to demonstrate that each and every one of our clients’ are valued as well as to confirm to them that they are important and highly valued by us. We intend to build ongoing business relationships with our clients on an on-going basis.
